This is our second time working with Cheri, first to sell our condo and then to purchase our new home. We were looking for a home 1-2 hours outside the Seattle area, and Cheri took the time to drive and tour homes with us 95% of the time, which we appreciated! During the sale of our condo, she handled the first interested buyer, who proved to be really difficult, expertly and protected our interests. Cheri provides valuable insight on what to look for & what to avoid; she gently pushed us away from homes she determined not to be a fit for us, while still respecting our choices on what we were interested in.
